Why not have a great time while creating something memorable? We offer individualized ideas for your church, school, or any organization. We supply all the materials and instruction needed for a wonderful experience!
We are equipped to seat 44 painters, which may be perfect for your next event or celebration. We are willing to accommodate any group, like Red Hatters, Girl/boy scouts, Bridal or Baby showers, Mom's night out, and church groups just name a few.
Tile Murals
Contribute and beautify your school or building with a tile mural . This is a great activity for graduating classes! Each participant pays for and decorates one 4" tile which will be placed on a wall or table. The product is a beautiful time mural that lasts a lifetime!
Paint It Yourself Night
Get the most profit for your efforts by having your own “Paint It Yourself Night” at the Clayhouse! Set up a special date, get your friends, family, group, supporters rounded up, and paint the night away! We offer most groups 10%-20% of the sales (depending on group size…the more painters the higher the profit!!!)
Masterpieces for Auction
This is a fun, interactive fundraiser, and is also an excellent team building activity! You can create a set of dishes made by your child's second grade class or holiday masterpieces designed by your youth group. Why not try one of our friendship plates? The opportunities are endless! Group Events can be arranged 3 ways:
#1 You can come to our studio. It is a fun creative environment!
Food and drink: You’re welcome to bring your own food and drink or have
it delivered.
#2 We can come to you. We can teach fun techniques or give suggestions
to help make the most of each piece. A fee of $20 per hour will be
added to this package and includes: Pottery, Paint, Glazing, Firing,
Brushes, Clean-up, & Instruction... Please have a dedicated area
for this activity. We have tried sharing spaces with other activities
and it does not work well. Please take into account set-up and clean-up
time.
#3 You take the pieces and paints with you. We will provide you with
five paint colors and paint pallets. We charge a $25 deposit for the
paint, 100% refunded when you return the paint. We ask that you return
the paint in a couple of days, so that our next event will have access
to them. You bring back the completed pieces to the studio and we'll
glaze and fire the pieces and have them ready for pick-up at the
studio, usually with in 1-2 weeks (may vary depending on the number of
pieces).
Pottery Pickup: The party/event host is responsible
for picking up and distributing finished pieces to their guests.
